I, Mrs Odiyo Onyinoyi Hannah, the Head of Kogi State Civil Service, on behalf of the entire public Servants wish to whole heartedly thank his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for embarking on the construction of perimeter fence round the state Secretariat Complexes and premises.
2, The fence project when completed would ensure the security of Civil servants, government properties and businesses within the secretariat. Human and animal Intruders, cattle rearers in particular, would cease.
The project will also add to the aesthetic value of this all important government facility.

3, Your Excellency’s exceptional commitment to the security cover of the state is once more displayed in this project. It underscores your concern for public Servants and the good people of Kogi State in terms of their safety and general well being. It is Indeed a confirmation of your life – changing and signature infrastructural projects in all nooks and crannies of the state.
It is a further proof of Your Excellency’s resolve to carry the good work of development of Kogi state to the tail end of the GYB Administration.

4, The Civil Servants (serving and retired) are happy at the realization of your legendary commitment to the security and provision of befitting working environment for workers.
This singular action of your Excellency has gone a long way, once more, to boost the morale of the workers, which will translate into enhanced productivity.
